It features attractive greenery and calming water features to create a productive working environment. The 8-storey building has a total construction floor area of 14,052 m², with a building cost of HK$305M. Green 18 reached the Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method (HKBEAM) Platinum Standard.
