The Pok Oi Hospital Tai Kwan Care and Attention Home is a residential care home for the elderly run by Pok Oi Hospital, under the Hospital Authority. It is located at located at G/F – 3/F, Shui Kwok House, Tin Shui Estate, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long. The gross floor area of the existing care home is 2,348 square metres. Beria provided Quantity Surveying services for proposed renovation works for the care home. Renovations included carrying out fitting-out works and building services installations for the whole centre.
