China Merchants Building is the headquarters of the multinational corporation China Merchants, located at the heart of Hong Kong’s Central Business District. Originally built in 1979, the China Merchants Building faces the iconic Victoria Harbour and is set to be redeveloped into a 25-storey retail and office tower with a gross floor area of 18,480 m². The building features 14 storeys of office space, 8 storeys for either office or retail use, 4 storeys of retail space, as well as parking space in the basement.
