No. 8 Tai Tam Road is a popular luxury residential project in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island, formerly known as Pacific Horizon. After the estate was bought in 2001, HK$90M was spent on construction fees for redeveloping it into 4 glass houses which face the ocean. The 5-storey houses have a total construction floor area of 1,800 m² per house. The construction was completed in 2009.
