The Kai Tak residential site was secured by K. Wah International Holdings Limited, Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited for HK$12.74 billion in 2019, and will provide a total of 2,138 new apartments. The 16,385 square metre site has a minimum gross floor area of 59,969 square metres, with a maximum gross floor area of 99,948 square metres. It is designated for private residential purposes and government accommodation, being a residential care home for the elderly and a child care centre.
