The luxury housing estate in Ma Liu Shui, Sha Tin was completed in 2011, and comprises of 21 residential units. The usable area of De Yucca houses range from 1,966 to 3,100 square feet. Some of its properties include a private swimming pool. The construction cost of the project was HK$500 million, with a total construction area of 7,757 square metre.
