St. Rose of Lima’s School was rebuilt in 2009 at its original site at 4 Embankment Road. However at 2,872 m², the site is only about 60% the size of a standard school building site. As such, the new building could not use a standard school building format, and the primary school needed an experienced consultant to provide full quantity surveying service. With our assistance, the school spent HK$111M to complete the new 8-storey construction. The new building has 24 classrooms, 2 small group teaching rooms, activity rooms, computer rooms, staff rooms, music rooms, a hall, a library and a sky garden, with a total construction floor area of 9,500 m².
