Cheng Zhong Hui is one of the biggest projects under the Shui On Group in Chengdu. It is an integrated mini community project, including eleven 39-storey residential towers, a 28-storey Grade A commercial tower, two service apartment towers with 1008 guest rooms, a shopping arcade, a community centre and one kindergarten. The total construction floor area is 472,202 m², and the contract value reached RMB¥2.1 billion.
