A cluster of shophouses at 600-626 Shanghai Street, Mong Kok underwent heritage preservation and revitalisation works for commercial and cultural uses, which was completed in 2019. The 916 square metre area has an existing gross floor area of 3,944 square metres, where 10 of the 14 buildings are veranda type Grade 2 Historic Buildings (pre-war buildings).
