Castle Peak Hospital(CPH) opened in 1961, which is a psychiatric hospital with longest history in Hong Kong. Since CPH was too old to provide modern psychiatric treatment, redevelopment was needed. We participate in the CPH redevelopment project and handle the Hong Kong Jockey Club Jubilation Hall section. The construction cost HK$169M, which include 11,151m2 construction floor area, providing 20 new wards and patient host system. After the redevelopment, the CPH can now provide 1100 beds for general psychiatric admissions for residents of New Territories West cluster. And CPH is the only forensic inpatient service in Hong Kong. And the Jubilation Hall reach the Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method(HKBEAM) gold standard.
