St. Paul's Co-educational Collage, founded in 1915, one of the most famous elite middle school in Hong Kong. The campus at MacDonnell Road is classified as Grade III Historic Buildings in Hong Kong. In 2008, the new wing project, LCYM building, launched. The most difficult part of the project is to provide modern education facility and to match the style with the existing grade III historic main building. To accomplish the task, construction process and all the material need to be selected with extra caution. With our assist, the construction of LCYM building completed in 2011, providing 14-storey with 9,969m2 total floor area. There is a new cafeteria and a hostel on the top four floor providing 81 beds for students. The total construction cost is HK$215M. The new wing has some special designs, beautiful fixed glass fins and aluminum fins were placed at external envelope and internal courtyard.
